Financial management model for an organization

The proposition of this work highlights the importance of financial management in organizations. A model is formulated and developed with an integral, systemic approach that contributes to the decision-making process. The objective is to ensure the organization is managed efficiently and effectively. It aims to promote a technical, human, and transparent management in the delicate process of administration and allocation of financial resources in organizations producing goods and/or services. The model proposes the development of three sequential and logical phases: planning, execution, and analysis, followed by a final phase related to control and decision-making.
