Application of the Balance Scorecard for the farm Yanapanakuna

The strategy on the business management is an issue that no company on the environment, regardless its size or location, can ignore, due to the complexity of the today’s operations.
This investigation was made within the farm Yanapanakuna from Aiquile, that even been an agricultural model entity, lacks the modern strategic management tools that allow it to see beyond the preventive, the proposal of a Balance Scorecard, it provides a dynamic tool for planning, organization, implementation and control of its institutional objectives, feedback and integration of all its resources.
