Abstract

Work-related stress is an increasingly common problem, but despite programs to treat and prevent it, its occurrence has not decreased. In Bolivia, it is not considered a priority, although it is essential to study and analyze it because it can be a symptom of deeper issues within the company. This symptom reflects internal flaws that must be addressed through organizational culture and the company's willingness to identify and correct its weaknesses. This approach offers a different and more effective way to manage and prevent work-related stress.
