Abstract

The concept of health in medicine includes a state of mental, physical, and social well-being and balance. These elements may make it seem unattainable, but at the same time, they ensure its constant pursuit, driven by desire.
This is what allows us to live and becomes the reference point that guides and moves us. When we don't embrace it and let ourselves be carried away by our supposed ignorance, we fall into a series of repetitions that turn into a “vicious circle,” from which we see ourselves as victims. It is important to find a way to prefer the desire to know oneself in order to find our Mental Health.
