Abstract

Today's organizations need managers with personal qualities of leadership and intelligence to make sound decisions and maintain an energy-centered alignment in order to achieve success. Up until nearly the end of the 19th century, Western scientific thought held the belief that science in general—and physics in particular—was on the verge of providing answers about the behavior and laws of Nature. The Strategic Manager can have an impact on everything. If they want workers to be more diligent, they must begin by projecting that energy in their own lives. It is especially important to hire people with integrity to build an “Organizational Culture,” that is, a culture based on Qi, which means the energy of people.
