Abstract

The issue of migration is broad, encompassing social aspects (family, crime, etc.) and economic ones (remittances, brain drain, co-development, etc.). It also affects almost all countries in the world, some as population senders and others as receivers. In the case of our country, this issue has increased in recent years. Therefore, this research paper serves as a starting point, in which the author will analyze the causes and economic effects of international migration, with the aim of eventually defining a specific topic that will become the subject of a thesis.
