The present Degree Project is developed for its implementation in the plant for processing salt and Bolivian food “PISABOL S.R.L” which is dedicated to the production and trade of food and salt based products. The aim of this project is of proposing a control model of strategic management for the company, using as a tool, the methodology of Balanced ScoreCard; that enables to run the company proactively and line up all the staff towards the achievement of its vision. The chapter development of this work includes the background of the company and its environment, economic- financial diagnosis, in addition to the SWOT analysis and of the value chain, the definition of strategic guidelines, the elaboration of the Strategic Map with strategic objectives within each perspective and finally the construction of the Balanced Scorecard, with indicators and goals.
