This issue of Revista Perspectivas features articles of great relevance and timeliness in the fields of economics and business sciences, addressing topics such as leadership, economics, finance, management, accounting, and marketing. It begins with Dr. Rafael Terrazas P., who analyzes the traits leaders need to drive positive and transformative influence, introducing a three-dimensional leadership model. Mgr. Carlos Bernal A. discusses how exchange rate fluctuations and other macroeconomic variables affect the competitiveness of Bolivian exports, focusing on the textile sector. Lic. Rodrigo Ponce P. evaluates the value of Automundo Bolivia S.R.L. using discounted cash flow and balance sheet methods. Lic. Sally Gallardo C. explores family life in Tarija through the lens of planning and organization, key administrative components. Lic.
