Abstract

Management is one of the most fundamental human activities, as it involves organizing and directing both individual and collective work toward specific objectives. As societies increasingly depend on the coordinated effort of organized groups, the role of the manager becomes even more critical. This growing importance justifies the study of general management as a key discipline for the efficient functioning of any organization. The statement “A country’s development is a matter of management” underscores how effective administration can be a decisive factor in national progress.
