Abstract

The proposition of this article focuses on the attempt to propose an ethical model to guide the practice of the profession with social responsibility and leadership. The first part develops the concepts related to ethics; the second part presents the precepts and principles surrounding social responsibility and the profession; the third part focuses on the guidelines and characteristics of true leadership. The article concludes with a comprehensive proposal of a professional ethical model of social responsibility and human action, promoting true leadership based on three main pillars: Aptitude, Attitude, and Action within a context of respect for Christian principles and values.

  • Rafael Alfredo Terrazas Pastor, Universidad Católica Boliviana

    PhD in Business Administration and Master in Applied Sciences. He is an Industrial Engineer with a Diploma in Higher Education and training in programming in computer languages.
