Abstract

Organizations today are undergoing profound changes due to transformations in their environment. This compels them to rethink both their internal and external strategies, as well as how they manage their personnel. As a result, many are adopting competency-based management, focusing on developing high-performance behaviors that ensure success in job tasks.

    Business Administrator, graduated from the Universidad Mayor de San Simón. He also holds a Master’s degree in University Teaching from the same university and specializes in Distance Education.
