Abstract

This issue of Revista Perspectivas includes research articles of fundamental importance to the economic and business sciences, covering topics such as finance, marketing, macroeconomics, innovation, and economic history. The first article, by Mgr. Jairo Céspedes L. and Lic. Camila Mendoza V., analyzes the current state of Latin American stock exchanges, highlighting the disparities in development and proposing strategic alternatives to foster growth. The second article, by Eng. Nicole Torrico C. and Mgr. Rodrigo Almeida C., identifies the main factors influencing young adults in Cochabamba to purchase eco-friendly products, emphasizing attitudes toward green brands, eco-labeling, and brand positioning. The third article, by Mgr. Pablo Camacho B., explores the mechanisms of monetary policy transmission and their implications for financial analysis, underlining the central bank’s role in maintaining stable inflation. The fourth article, by Lic. María Treviño M., Mgr. Daniel La Fuente C., Mgr. Rodrigo Ruiz A., and Mgr. Karina Rojas O., investigates brand positioning of broaster chicken in Cochabamba, revealing consumer preferences and key attributes tied to ideal brands. The fifth article, by Dr. Julia C. Mancilla H., studies the role of statistics in sports training in Bolivia, finding a strong correlation between poor statistical training and weak international performance. Finally, Dr. Osvaldo W. Gutiérrez A. analyzes the effects of the 1874 Disentailment Law in the highlands of Tapacarí, acknowledging limitations in the available historical sources but offering inferences that help reconstruct the region’s socio-economic conditions
