This edition of Revista Perspectivas features articles on the labor market, marketing, family business, and the Bolivian economy. It explores the employment status of university graduates, emphasizing their entrepreneurial mindset and the importance of experience and education. The relational marketing approach in the pharmaceutical industry is discussed, encouraging a more strategic understanding of client relations. A management model for family businesses is introduced, addressing the interaction between family, business, and ownership. In economic matters, the edition compares different development models implemented in Bolivia and analyzes the impact of international reserves and exchange rate policies on income distribution.
