This edition of Revista Perspectivas brings together current and relevant research in the areas of economics, marketing, behavioral finance, and entrepreneurship. The first article analyzes the factors that determine unemployment in Ecuador, indicating that variables such as the manufacturing sector, terms of trade, and economic growth directly influence its behavior. The second article examines how service quality and customer satisfaction impact loyalty toward mobile phone companies in Cochabamba. The third article evaluates the effect of per capita economic growth on inequality and poverty in Bolivia, showing that an increase in GDP reduces both indicators. The fourth article provides evidence that Tesla's stock price is overvalued due to behavioral biases such as overconfidence, challenging the efficient market hypothesis. Lastly, the fifth article explores women’s entrepreneurship in the dairy sector of the municipality of Batallas, identifying key success and failure factors, including education, access to technology, and social networks.
