Abstract

This issue of Revista Perspectivas presents current and relevant research in marketing, economics, entrepreneurship, branding, and costs. The first article analyzes how trust and perceived value impact students’ loyalty toward their universities. The second article examines, from the Austrian perspective, how central bank policies negatively affect SMEs. The third article identifies factors such as the pursuit of independence and perseverance that drive female entrepreneurship in Bolivia. The fourth article studies the impact of user, customer, and brand experience on digital banking in Cochabamba. Finally, the fifth article analyzes how high tax compliance costs negatively affect investment in medium-sized companies in Riobamba.
