This document aims to present the regulatory periods experienced by two regulated infrastructure sectors in Bolivia, initially under the Sectoral Regulation System (SIRESE) and later by the Authorities for Oversight and Social Control in Electricity and Telecommunications. This evaluation provides an approximation of the regulatory contribution to coverage during periods that defined a regulatory cycle in these two sectors. By assessing this regulatory experience, the goal is to identify measures that strengthen Economic Regulation in Bolivia, improve its performance, or allow for a reassessment of the importance of its presence in the markets.
