Abstract

This issue of Perspectivas Journal features ten articles covering a variety of topics in social and economic sciences. Subjects include the goals of the university, the evolution of learning assessment models, technological innovation, quantum physics applied to management, and business policy. It also discusses modern tools in human resource management, the value of teamwork, the neostructuralist paradigm, and public policy analysis as both an art and a science.

Author Biography

  • Osvaldo Walter Gutiérrez Andrade, Universidad Católica Boliviana

    PhD in Economic Sciences and Master's Degree in University Teaching, with a specialty in Research Methodology. He has obtained a Diploma in Higher Education and a Diploma in Family Education.
