The professional manager, in order to efficiently perform their duties within the organization, needs to understand all the elements they work with. The most important of these is the person, and here arises the question: to what extent does one truly know the human being? There are various fields of knowledge—such as medicine, biology, psychology, neuroscience, among others—that help us understand what people are like and why they behave in certain ways. Among these is quantum physics, which suggests that both objects and humans belong to a quantum reality; that human beings are matter, atoms, molecules, and therefore are and transmit energy, which in turn influences their behavior and their environment. So, could there be reasons for managers to explore this unknown world, stepping away from what has been built so far? This article aims to be the beginning of a new challenge in researching the study of the human being, the individual, the worker within an organization, in order to understand their potential and achieve greater understanding from a perspective that has, until now, been unfamiliar to management professionals.
