This paper aims to highlight the need to deepen the study of human resources as the main element within organizations, especially in light of their redefinition and new positioning. It introduces new perspectives from disciplines such as medicine, psychology, neuroscience, and physics, which challenge and reshape traditional administrative processes. The central question posed is whether it is possible to manage this new reality using only what we currently know. The paper emphasizes the importance of equipping 21st-century managers with a broader, science-based understanding of human behavior in organizational settings.
