Abstract

This issue of Revista Perspectivas features essays on economics, management, marketing, project planning, and public policy. Eduardo Michel discusses the decline of 20th-century powers and the rise of emerging economies like China and India. Osvaldo Gutiérrez explores economic policy from its epistemological foundation to its practical application in Bolivia. César Vargas examines public transparency through online economic-financial disclosure, with a focus on Spain.

Rafael Valdéz analyzes Bolivia’s challenges as neighboring countries shift to Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) despite its higher cost. Pedro Fuentes explores organizational commitment and its relationship with internal marketing. Ramiro Arteaga highlights how auditory marketing influences consumer behavior in a globalized context. Roxana Silva emphasizes the importance of the internet in commercial management, especially for small businesses.

Rafael Terrazas focuses on a comprehensive approach to project management. Ricardo López stresses the value of organizational management, particularly job design and organizational structure. Cidar Vargas reflects on ethics in the face of corruption, pointing out the joint responsibility of companies, the State, and civil society.     PhD in Economic Sciences and Master's Degree in University Teaching. He has a specialty in Research Methodology in Social Sciences, as well as diplomas in Higher Education and Family Education.
