Abstract

The current issue of Revista Perspectivas features important essays in economics and management. Topics include exchange rates, economic methodology, consumer behavior, Monte Carlo simulation, organizational leadership, competency management, strategic direction, project management, corporate fraud, corruption, and anti-narcotics efforts. Each essay provides in-depth analysis and proposals addressing current challenges and solutions in their fields, highlighting the importance of planning, ethics, innovation, and citizen participation for economic and social development.

Author Biography

  • Osvaldo Walter Gutiérrez Andrade, Universidad Católica Boliviana

    Doctor in Economic Sciences and Master in University Teaching. He has a specialization in Research Methodology in Social Sciences, as well as Diplomas in Higher Education and Family Education. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and currently serves as Director of the Department of Administration, Economics, and Finance at the Universidad Católica Boliviana “San Pablo.” He has served as General Secretary of the College of Economists of Cochabamba and Secretary of Organization and Internal Affairs of the Federation of Professionals of Cochabamba.
