Abstract

This issue of Revista Perspectivas presents relevant and current articles in the field of economic and business sciences. Topics addressed include the challenges of Bolivia’s plural economy, the impact of motivation policies on workers at the Cooperativa de Telecomunicaciones Oruro Ltda., the accounting and financial situation of the microenterprise Yanapanakuna along with a proposal for its improvement, the relationship between happiness and variables such as income, religion, and security in Latin America, and finally, an evaluation of service quality at the advertising company Ayuda Experto using the SERVQUAL model. Each article contributes with in-depth analyses and practical proposals aimed at improving various aspects of the country’s economic, business, and social environment.
