Abstract

This issue of Revista Perspectivas includes research focused on economics, leadership, and marketing. The first article proposes an early warning system to predict exchange rate crises in Bolivia based on economic indicators. The second study analyzes the impact of the macroeconomic environment and business culture on entrepreneurial dynamism in Riobamba, Ecuador. The third article examines the factors that create a turbulent work environment and its economic impact on hotels in Puno, Peru. The fourth work explores the relationship between transformational leadership traits and human resources practices in financial entities in Cochabamba. Finally, the fifth article investigates how cultural beliefs, especially Christian ones, influence the institutional quality of property rights at an international level.
