Abstract

This research seeks to identify the employment status of graduates of the UCB and the employment of the same, for it were surveyed through simple random sampling with a sample size of 188 graduates of the UCB.

Results indicate that graduates are currently working respondents, however, some are looking for work or they do because they are awaiting results of job interviews or still studying. Graduates are entrepreneurial because of his academic training at the UCB. They have had great difficulty finding a job, but previous experience is a variable that is taken into account. The well-educated, good teachers are there in the UCB and the knowledge acquired in their study it as strengths. While weaknesses are practicing their careers, some not well-qualified teachers and poor infrastructure of the university. Graduates return to perform a study on the UCB.
