Planning and organization elements applied to family life in tarijeñas families

This research applied to tarijeñas families, whose main objective is to conduct an analysis from the perspective of management, family life of these, focusing on two of the most important components of the administration; Planning and Organization.
The first introductory part of the work shows the problems currently presents the society and also an analysis that allows secure parts to study and as part of family planning and organization.
Later theoretical concepts and definitions that support research on the subject mentioned. Having as a methodological design study populations applies; families in the city of Tarija, types of families in the city of Tarija and key informants, that allowed the collection of quantitative and qualitative data led to results relevant information on the subject. Finally we proceeded to develop conclusions meeting the proposed objectives in principle as will enable the reader a clearer and broader idea for a better understanding of the topic.
