Abstract

Occupational pension schemes are benefits that companies give their workers in different countries, complement or add social security pensions granted by the social security systems, may be mandatory, voluntary, or quasi-obligatory. They are a pillar of the system for financial protection in old age proposed by the World Bank. In Mexico, this provision, which is voluntary, is found mainly in transnational corporations and protects a small number of workers to social security the most important social security system pensions model is pure defined contribution and which are nowhere that improvements in its design spite. In this document is presents a proposed for companies grouped in cameras commercial that meet certain features to be affordable to a greater number of workers and companies and that adheres aspects that added advantages for both parties in the context Mexican.
