Abstract

This issue of Revista Perspectivas presents important research in marketing, human resources, finance, economic sociology, and pension systems. The studies cover topics such as the evaluation of the brand equity of Murano in Cochabamba, the growing problem of workplace harassment and its impacts, a comparative analysis of mutual fund performance in Bolivia and neighboring countries along with an automated model for investors, a reflection on the welfare state in Bolivia from an economic perspective, and finally, an analysis of occupational pension plans in Mexico and their limited coverage. Together, these articles provide valuable insights to improve business, social, and economic practices in the region.
