Abstract

Implementing a survival strategy proposed for a manufacturing company (case study), the relevance of the organizational culture with a focus on the development of intellectual capital as a premise to increase its performance is demonstrated. In addition, the design of a model and its instrumentation is shared to move from a state of dependence to interdependence, facilitating more flexibility in operations, greater productivity and efficiency, accelerating innovation and the development of projects to improve products and processes. Finally, a control board was designed as a mechanism to demonstrate the achievement of goals.

His experience has led him to work in the industrial sector, focusing on continuous improvement and innovation.

    Doctor in Strategic Planning for Performance Improvement and Professor-Researcher at the Instituto Tecnológico de Sonora. Leader of the Academic Group on Productive Chains, his research and teaching focus on business strategy and its impact on organizational performance.

  • Nidia Josefina Ríos Vázquez, Instituto Tecnológico de Sonora

    Ph.D. in Strategic Planning for Performance Improvement, Professor-Researcher and Certified Business Consultant at the Sonora Institute of Technology. Head of the Department of Environmental and Environmental Sciences, her work integrates strategic development with environmental sustainability in the organizational field.
