Perspectivas is an open-access journal, meaning its digital content is freely and openly available online. All published articles can be downloaded without restrictions, provided the source is properly cited.

As part of its commitment to open access, the journal publishes contributions explicitly authorized by their authors, without requiring any form of financial compensation. This model aims to promote the free circulation of knowledge and to strengthen academic dialogue in the field of social sciences.

The journal actively promotes the dissemination of the articles and reviews included in each issue, allowing their consultation, download, and distribution for academic and non-commercial purposes. Likewise, reproduction in other media is authorized, provided academic purposes are respected and the source is properly cited.

In line with the institutional policy of the Universidad Católica Boliviana “San Pablo”, the journal supports the visibility of intellectual production through its inclusion in open-access repositories.
