Abstract

This issue of Revista Perspectivas presents seven research studies addressing critical phenomena in business management, applied economics, consumer behavior, and organizational development within the contexts of Bolivia and Peru. The opening articles explore academic productivity among university researchers and analyze inequality in Bolivia, identifying labor income as its primary determinant. In the fields of marketing and technology, the studies examine the mediating role of trust in fashion purchase decisions and the quality factors driving satisfaction in mobile banking. The section on human capital validates the relationship between emotional intelligence and job performance, while also offering a systematic review of talent retention in corporations. Finally, this edition concludes with an analysis of the success and failure factors of Bolivian startups, highlighting the importance of post-pandemic financial education.
