Abstract

This issue presents eight studies that contribute to the analysis of management, economics, education, leadership, technology, and social behavior. The first articles focus on higher education, highlighting students’ limited practical understanding of CSR, the effectiveness of project-based learning in strengthening self-efficacy, the validation of a scale for leadership oriented toward the common good, and the factors influencing university dropout. In the macroeconomic and social sphere, the findings reveal a persistent real exchange rate misalignment in Argentina and examine the emotional and social impacts of the fuel crisis in Santa Cruz. Finally, the issue explores key elements for designing an app aimed at DINK users and the influence of social media on consumer behavior in the barbershop sector in Cochabamba.
