This work aims to propose a methodological strategy to help generate a systematized process in the development of the teaching-learning process in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and other programs, emphasizing subjects related to the systemic approach and decision-making. It concretely presents the concept of meaningful learning, a diagnostic analysis of learning, a strategic proposal for attention and motivation, the foundations of the methodology called PESCA, and the emergent didactic planning from this whole process along with its proposed didactic unit plan. The article specifies the application of the PESCA methodology, authored by Dr. Rafael Terrazas, which has been presented and exposed in various seminars, congresses, and intellectual development events.
